i9300 IMEI REPAIR FAILED - GSM-Forum

Hi mates i have SAMSUNG I9300 with imei damaged then i tryed to repair imei but its giving following error message

Did you Flash I9300 Root or I9300 IMEI_Repair file? before actual Repair?

yes first i flashed with i9300 imei repair file after finsh i flashed with i9300 root file after i tryed to repair imei then only i got this error message

What is the IMEI is in your phone (*#06#)?
Also please post here full software log with all of your actions.

Please try to make Repair EFS and then make Repair IMEI again.

Now try to re-flash the phone with the firmware from the suppro area, then root it and try to make Repair IMEI again. If the problem will be the same - this can be HW problem.

but this must be sfotware problem bcoz before this phone worked perfect cutomer tried to upgrade hime self after this only imei damaged please

We can't say You where is the problem with your phone. We need to have it in our hands to research where is the problem.

Maybe your client when tried to flash with Odin checked the option to EFS clear. And maybe that's why you don't have IMEI and all this problems. With older Samsung phones (I9000 and I9100) you could flash only an EFS image in PDA section to restore this partition.
But I think it can't be done with I9300
