I9300 with modem XXEMG4 | unlock problem

Hi evryone.

I have over then 100 pcs of I9300 came with XXEMG4 firmware (pda and modem).

These phones came locked to European Sim only. (kind of new multi lock)
Any way when i tried to unlock the phone, it seems that everything went fine but the phone remains locked.
I tried several times and nothing.
(the same with z3x btw)

As you probably know, you can not downgradethe phone to an older modem version, because of the new format of the efs partition that Samsung started to since MG2/MG4.

Any idaa?
Thanks.

Unfortunately, it is not possible.
The all stock has been sold and is to be sent to customers.

The only 'solution' i can do now is to flash old firmware and lose the imei, then do unlock and reoair inei and it will work until the next firmware update.. :-(
