Hello.

Please turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone, read out info via ADB ("Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here full Software log with this info.

This means, that phone's modem part is damaged in your device. This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged, EFS is damaged, You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem (baseband) is correct (SW version is not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct), try to Repair IMEI. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

You should try to write different firmwares one by one.
