i9300i virus problem [Solved]


is there any trick to fix it up?? if yes please let me know

i just downloaded firmware trying to flash 1st.

Hello.

Please make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode, then try to reflash the phone with "i9300ixxubnh3_i9300ioxebnh3_skz_kazachstan_androi d_4.4.4" firmware from the Support Area.
Post here full Software log of "Write Firmware" operation.

What phone do You have exactly, GT-I9301, or GT-I9300I?

the phone showing i9300i in download mode and from about info showing i9301 so flashed with i9301 firmware and it worked to flash. still infected with virus.

now i have used to hard reset, clear cache / wipe factory data. and flashed again.
and wipe + clear cache again. let me see what happened now.

If after writing of a firmware followed by Factory Reset problem remains the same - unfortunately no solution for it at the moment.

i flashed with custom recovery and wiped every thing but still same . now trying to write customized firmware on it.

and a custom firmware helped me to fix it up. thanks team

Virus problem can fix by install working antivirus (i use kaspersky) and then make full scan or if first step not help just flash with service multi file firmware WORK 100%
