Most likely, there is new (currently not supported) security type in your device. Please re-flash the phone with the firmware from the Support Area and try to perform "Unlock" operation once again.

As I have said above, most likely, there is new (currently not supported) security type in your device. Please do the next:
1. Root your device.
2. Select "GT-I9505" in devices list.
3. Connect the device via Micro USB cable and turn on "USB Debugging" Mode.
4. Select (check) "Manual select" option in Software.
5. Make backup EFS ("Read EFS" button).
6. Make backup Security ("Read Security" button).
7. Upload somewhere these backups and post here links, we will research the problem and try to prepare test Software version for You.
