Hello.

Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode, then reflash the phone.
If problem will remain - try to make "Repair EFS" operation. Note: phone's IMEI might be reset to default value.

Please do exactly the next:
1. Relfash the phone with "I9305XXUFPB1_I9305NEEFPB1_NEE_Android_4.4.4" firmware from the Support Area.
2. Perform "Repair EFS" operation.

Check whether phone powers on correctly after these actions. Post here result and full Software log of these actions.

did u tried to flash the phone with this firmware
I9305XXUFPB1_I9305NEEFPB1_NEE_Android_4.4.4? as supporter said.

To connect GT-I9305 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "RNDIS+DM+MODEM".
10. Enter "*#9090#" number.
11. Select DM/DUM over HS-USB.
12. Press Home button.
13. Go to dial window.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: I9305XXUFPB1_I9305NEEFPB1_NEE_Android_
4.4.4.oct
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put GT-I9305 into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.

Try to write different firmwares, one by one. If problem will remain - please check phone's HW.
