before i repair imei it's not null, it's 0049xxx then after repair imei it goes null, even i write the efs back up or repair still null
This means your device has new PCU Bootrom. You need to write one of the service's IMEIs from the Software list and then re-flash the phone. Look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...i9500-1751585/.

Can i remove battery??? The phone again will go to download mode?
Yes, remove the battery, charge phone's battery by using external charger and try to write firmware again. Try to write other firmwares. If the problem is the same - check phone's HW (most likely, the problem is with phone's eMMC flash chip).

Do exactly the next:

1. Make Repair EFS.
2. Re-flash the phone again.
3. Make Repair IMEI (write one of the servcies IMEIs from the Software list, not any IMEI).
4. Re-flash the phone again.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.
You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).

If phone's IMEI becomes null after "Repair IMEI operation" - your device has new PCU Bootrom. You need to write one of the service's IMEIs from the Software list and then re-flash the phone. Look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...i9500-1751585/
