i9500 4.4.2 imei null/ null

i received i9500 with imei, after make repair imei dont have signal, then make repair network and the result is imei null/ null i was backuped efs, cert and security, write efs cert and security but the phone still same: imei null /null
make efs repair in download mode, then try wite service imei, show writing imei failed

bro your modem is damaged (baseband unknowen)and you must first repair it after that you can repair imei.
for baseband you must flash phone with other firmwares until the baseband is come back. you can check baseband in phone:setting:about phone:baseband

after baseband you can repair imei

Yes, mr. saeed-vaker is right, as You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" (or Wipe Security and Write Cert) operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI (or Write Cert), if phone's modem part is damaged.
