I9500 error repairing - GSM-Forum

I need asistence, need fix a phone who have "Imei null" but try do this with Octopus samsung, Z3x box and not work, phone was dead and i back to life with octopus samsung (efs was damaged before) now need fix and restore imei.

As I can see from this log, modem part is damaged in your phone:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, try to re-flash the phone and check whether modem is correct (not Unknown) and only then perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" operations.
