Hi, i think u not know very small of Samsung Phones and Box, i've unlocked, repaired IMEI, Flashed and many more only in 2/3 min.s w/o any problem whith any phones Samsung or SE or LG, if u use Errate cables or SO, the problem is from u late not of Octopus, and in all case, becouse not post many info or specific problem, which cable are using, which version of sw, if have all correctament installed, Update and Net Frame itc..., u will see u BOX perfectament working,

cannot to put 2 different BOX and write "WHY"?,

i've more of one samsung BOX, but i use different procedure and Drivers + cables for Box, if one work whith Axalto Drivers Card other Work whith Generic PC/SC smart card Drivers, other whith S7070 cable and other whith 530K resistor, all is in which SO are working, (w7 64BIT is very complicate for many BOX, no w7 32BIT), which Drivers are installed, if one Box accept of work togheter another whith Drivers different have other that work only whith u Drivers and U cable, not know if u understand to me.

for end use one BOX for Time in different PC and all is running right,

i have WIN7 64bits and WIN8 64bits i dont know if 64bits is problem for all this error, but any one from octopus team can help m 2days send log and logx for other model samsung any answer this is badddd for m and for my clients

Bro, not worry, in China there are 1/2 days of holiday or similar, it's the problem for not answere Team, i think.

And for me the win7/8 64Bit is the same problem for u Octopus, i write this becouse have tested many many Octopus Box whith this SO win7 64BIT and always problems, i conseje forever partitionar it whith Win Xp sp3 or win7 but 32BIT, listen to me and u will see all working very good.
Remember?, from the first answere i have named u SO in use, i not has asked it for nothingh,

I do Have latest Octoplus Box installed in Win7 64bits and is Working like charm..... I have unlock a great number of cellphones and every time is as soon as new...... Unlock Sam M919 in 2 mins.... unlock sam T499 unlock in 2 mins..... Sam T999 imei repair in 4 mins...just keep it update it, I mean, your problem might depend in the type of processor and machine that you have.. I always use Intel processor and HP or Toshiba brands they are the best..... Octoplus + win 7 64bits !!!!!!!!! AWESOME TOOLS !!!!!!!!!

Have you get it to work? Otherwise try this..........(this is what I always do)..........Just at machine restart, disable the signature enforcement driver funtion and enjoy OCTOPLUS or OCTOPUS!!!!! I won different unlocking gears and they works this way even Win 8 64 bits....... best wishes bro...
