I9500 No com port [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hello, as you can see below my pc doesnt detect my phone as a com port. However I can access the device from "my computer". Because of that I cant do any operations on octoplus. I downloaded the drivers from the "help" button, restarted my pc and phone, still no luck. What can I do next?

We don't see below any Software log. Also note, to connect this device You should use Micro USB cable, not Samsung Micro UART cable.

To connect GT-I9500, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

I'm still waiting, it has been 10 minutes, it says phone found but it also says "connecting" on the left bottom. here is the log:

Which COM ports appear in PC Device Manager when You connect the device to PC and which drivers You have installed for these devices exactly?

Yeah I've installed the drivers from the help button. Here is the complete task:

So sorry to keep you busy, It was my dumbness. I forgot to allow my phone to connect the pc .. When the prompt came in to phone I touched "allow" and everything worked like a charm. Thank you so much
