i9500 unlock problem 4.3 rooted [Solved]

Hi i am new in Octopus Box

while i try to unlock samsung i9500 give the error below

Selected port: COM11
Selected model: GT-I9500
Proper android device not found. Make shure that "USB debug" option
on the device is turned on.
Phone unlocking failed

But usb debug is already on
please how to solve this

Hello.

Turn on USB Debugging Mode in phone again, re-start the phone, re-boot the PC, connect the phone to PC, install ABD driver, read phone's info (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here Software log with this info.
