Hello.

At first please try to make "Repair 3G/4G" and check whether phone works correctly (network is stable).
Assuming that You have done "Repair IMEI" - You have re-flashed the phone with "GT-i9505_for_Unlock_and_IMEI_repair" firmware. Try to re-flash the phone with any original firmware (You can download original firmwares for GT-I9505 from the Support Area, by pressing "Go to support" button in Software). Note: it is highly not recommended to downgrade Android version of phone's firmware. Please use firmware with the same Android version that is currently installed on the phone.

Thanks!
The problem is the MODEM Firmware...

I don't have reflashed all Firmware after the Repair...

Simply CHECK the modem version in System Information if is
I9505XXUAMDM
you can fix BY reflash only the modem part (without data loss or reflash all firmware)...

in my case i have flashed:
I9505XXUFNC9_MODEM
AND RIL
RIL_FNC9

Now it Work Fine!!!
