To connect GT-S7275R phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+MODEM+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "DM/DUM over HSIC" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.

Phone's modem part is damaged

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair IMEI" operation.

If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

Only write modem file with odin...you imei restore generic and write new imei
