i9505x no imei

pls i have a samsung i9505x which imei is bad, when checked will just display blank screen, also will show on screen pda:i9505xxxuamde_llk, h/w_not active , rf cal date_none, smd_01n,pba_:04n,cal:07n,final_11n , un:caf00ef1d384e30 , memory:16gb , rear cam:na.
i had flash i9505 moderm and try imei repair, still not work. can i fullflash with i9505 hope will not kill the phone or any way to repair it.

As You can see from this Software log, modem part is damaged in your device:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, try re-flash the device with different firmwares (4.2.2 version and higher) and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown) and only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Yes, try to write different firmwares for GT-I9505 (4.2.2 version and higher).
