9506 diag config not support help pls

Hello.

Please explain your problem in more details.
If we correctly understand You - your phone does not have "Diag Config" option.
To enable Diagnostic port, You can try to do the next:
1. Select SM-N910F model in Software.
2. Perform "Enable DIAG" operation from "Android/EFS manager" tab of the Software.

Post here the result and full Software log of the operation.
