Member: 1861077 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 89 | It is not writing the security issue.. or you think IMEI CERT: Failed is Security issue, because the initial security while I was performing this step was never saved because when it comes to connecting to UART Cable my phone kept saying searching, after cancelling the process, and did some more research I saw your comment where you said that we can connect another box and use UART cable through that box. So, I don't know if I have original security saved or not. I hope you can shed some light how to fix IMER CERT: Failed.. Network: Blocked as shown in image. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,389 | Most likely, the problem is with phone's EFS and Security. Unfortunately, Repair/Reset EFS is currently not supported for this device. We will try to add Repair/Reset EFS operation for this device in one of the future Software updates. |

Member: 1861077 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 89 | Mine is NB7, I have asked the support if we can use the EFS or NVM from other phone, and all I got the reply all you need is RESET EFS which is not supported by OCTOPUS.. So I don't know if you have any experience in the past that you know it can be fixed by borrowing the EFS from other phone? Any help will be appreciated |
