imei repair i9100 problem


hello everybody. I can't repair imei on i9100. i click on "imei fix" button and the software says that after phone boot to connect with uart cable. when i connect uart cable phone isnot recognized and imei repair fails. tryed with 530k and 130k. here is the log

steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable.
2. Go to dial window.
3. Enter *#7284# number.
4. Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value.
5. Connect phone via UART cable to Box.
Connecting to phone, please wait...

Hello.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

very thanks. don't work with all firmware that I have used. hardware problem
