Please upload the following files to any file-sharing service:
1. Security backup of the phone. You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation.
2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check where can be the problem with your phone.

There are only "*.log" and "*.asec" files inside, but please also upload "*.logx" file ("29-12-2016_19-38-15.logx"), we need this file also in order to research the problem with your phone.
