J3337AZ call not sent [Answered]


This J337AZ was brought to me by a customer and is says "call not sent" when checked balance or making call, I did RMM Unlock, KnoxGuard Unlock and it went true but the problem is still, please help out!

Hi, i'm trying to solve this problem by flashing the J337AZ with the J337A att version software.. but for some weird reason i can't get the J337AZ into download mode... even if i choose reboot to DM using other tool or octopus box.. phone just reboots to OS mode again.. i tried several nutton combinations.. but none work.. i do hoewever get the phone into recovery mode... i also tried resetting the phone... Any ideas why it's not going into DM
??
