J500h Frp reset done but still locked - GSM-Forum

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 2.2.1

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM31
Selected model: SM-J500H
To put SM-J500H into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Phone found.
Initializing..
Resetting FRP lock..success
Resetting EE lock..success
Resetting Samsung Account lock..not supported
Reset operation completed!
Performed by 2.2.1 software version

But problem not solved. Please give me sboot file or other solution to solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

you are all right . i have tried to unlock J500h frp lock with octoplus but it show me it worked in octoplus software but nothing change on the phone .Also asansam box has same result without any change on the phone .

i flashed it with J500HXXU1APB1_J500HOJV1APB2_J500HXXU1APA5_HOME.tar
and i tried again with no lock .

why octoplus samsung tools support j500h but reactivate frp lock function does nothing

Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

Try to reflash the phone with older (by release date) firmware, (for example, try to write "j500hxxu1aoh2_j500hoxe1aoh2_skz_android_5.1.1 " firmware from the Support Area) then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

i reflashed j500hxxu1aoh2_j500hoxe1aoh2_skz_android_5.1.1 and then i formated the phone then i used reset frp lock it will solve your problem i am sure about that .
