Hello.

This means that Cert file, which You are trying to use is not passing the check. Most likely cert file is not compatible, or it was edited (any changes in Cert file will damage it and it'll be un-usable).

thanks for rply but i have no other cert and not in support .plz send me cert file

Unfortunately we don't have Cert files for SM-J500H at the moment. When we manage to obtain Certificates for this model - files will be available in the Support Area.

If checking of Cert file fails - file is corrupted. You can send us the file, we will check it for You manually.
