To put SM-J700F into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Phone found.
Initializing..
Resetting FRP lock..success
Resetting EE lock..success
Resetting Samsung Account lock..not supported

Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

You can try to reflash the phone with older (by release date) firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation disregard result of reflashing.

Unfortunately we don't have a tested firmware for this purpose at the moment. You can try to write different older firmwares.
