after i reset frp still problem
Selected model: SM-J700H
To put SM-J700H into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Phone found.
Initializing..
Resetting FRP lock..success
Resetting EE lock..success
Resetting Samsung Account lock..not supported

Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version.
2. Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode.
3. Repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

Most likely your phone has new type of Security. Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will research the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

But i have phone my be new typ of security also j700h
Plz supported it

Try to reflash the phone with "J700HXXU1AOK5_J700HOJV1AOK6_TUN_Android_5.1.1.oct " firmware from the Support Area, then try to perform "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation again.
