Hi

I downgrade from 4.3 to 4.2.2 with firmware from support area,but after finish successfull when phone restart say "Software not authorized by samsung" what to do experts/supporter or experience user with thiss problem?

put back original software 4.3 and all ok

How to back in 4.3 kies cant update bcz sprint l720 not have serial number to recovery?

Hey supporter upload 4.3 version in your site for thiss model.

Currently we have no firmware with Android 4.3 version. As soon as we will receive such firmware, we will upload it into the Support Area.
