L720 samsung s4 baseband unknow solution?????? - GSM-Forum

HI evryone
help me pls

i want to unlock L720 samsung sprint by octopus but the done not connect with pc i have chec manual in help and i sow that i need to change

11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "[1]DM/DUM over HS-USB" value.

so i did that but by wrang i have chose ''RNet'' think in the same menue

now the baseband is gone ''unknow'' before basband chow up correctly

i have reflash the fone in all firmware in support eraea and the same think baseband still ''unknow''

i have tray to reflash backup "efs" "nvm" "security" and still the same think baseband unknow

note: the menu "*#9090#" dose not show up any more alwas blanc no option to chose even "*#0011# menu is blanc too!!!!!!

any solution for this case ,,,??????

Hello.

If after all mentioned actions problem remains the same - currently no solution for such issue.
As an option, You can try to read full flash of another SPH-L720 via Medusa, or Octoplus JTAG, then write it into your phone.
