i try to reset pressing call and end call it format successfully but it can't connect by dialing *#9090# ther is no usb connection on device manager

If these steps don't work:
1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "*#9090#" number.
3 .Open numerical keyboard and press "1".
4 ."UART_HFK USB_Diag Change complete" message must appear.
5. Press "END" softbutton.
6. Restart phone.
7. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software

I can't help You, because to connect Your phone it is needed to perform the steps above.

in the front desktop of the phone it show "phone off"

how to make phone on, i can't understand korean language ..and when i dial the number *#9090# it appear like this with error

i format the phone by pressing call and end call +power it goes successful but it same respond...

if i go to flashing it will stack on please wait
no more respond
phone going to off
