just bought sam upgrade for this one model (m819n)based on this post: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...-done-1764321/ now i see the post is closed and i do not see this model under qualcomm wtfo???? ineed to work on this model asap!-thanks

before you sent-i had tried z3x update came out day before and it repaired imei but no network customer could not wait and took away (it was on 4.3)-now i have another w 4.2.2 and software completes w/o error but imei does not change-i will post log.

Please, read backups of Security, EFS and NVM from your phone ("Read Security", "Read EFS", "Read NVM" buttons in Software), upload them somewhere and post here links, we will research where can be the problem.

Also, try to do the next:
1. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
2. Make "Factory data reset".
3. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation once again.
4. To finish the "Repair IMEI" operation, please restart the phone via phone's menu (via "Power On" button, don't disconnect the battery, this is important.
5. Write here the result.

ok-done! could something as small as failure to remove sim have been the problem? anyway thanks for your response.

Unfortunately, currently no solution how to repair network in this device.
