It's not a direct unlock method.

What I did were:

1- Flashed it with SGH-T399_for_Unlock_and_Repair_IMEI.oct (can be found in SUpport area).

2- Unlock with SGH-T399: USB cable with USB Debugging ON, then UART cable. Finally, use code "00000000" to unlock.

3- Repair Network. (Have to do this)

Step 2 - "use code "00000000" to unlock." Reboot the phone and do this 1 more time. Reason: Metro PCS Samsung has 2 levels of codes to put in: one to unlock service provider, and one to unlock network provider.
