hello, you guys closed the post about !! problem, the Exe Samsung is excluded automatically by microsoft essentials.

Please do the next:
1. Open Microsoft Security Essentials and go to "Settings" tab.
2. Press on "Excluded files and locations".
3. Press "Browse" button.

image - [Click to open]

4. Navigate to installation folder of Octoplus Software, select it, press "Ok" button and complete path will be added to "File locations".
6. Press "Add" button.

7. Press "Save changes" button.

8. Reinstall Octoplus/Octopus Samsung Software.
