my box not detect phone by adb mode


i tested many phone Like S3 S4 S5 A5 G7102
all is not work,what problem?
pls hlep me all user and supporter

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Restart phone.
11. Press "Read Info" in software.
Close any 3rd party SW that uses ADB.

bro
im restart Pc and many try but still not work
how can we know 3rd party used ADB? cus i run only Octopus box
pls tell me

Hello.

Try to do the next:
1. Re-install Samsung USB drivers and restart PC.
2. Re-enable "USB Debugging" option (turn off the option, then turn it on again).
3. Press on "Revoke USB debugging authorization", then press "Ok".
4. Close all third party Software (Samsung Kies, Android managers, modem dashboards, etc.).
5. Disconnect all third party devices from PC (other phones, modems, boxes, etc.).
6. Connect the phone directly to USB port of PC motherboard.

Try to read phone's info again. Phone's screen should be active and unlocked. You should press "Ok" in any pop-up dialogue, which may appear on phone's screen during the connection.
Also, make sure, that You've performed all steps, required to configure the phone for connection.

Follow all instruction and reinstall window ready still not work

for LG work well only samsung have problem
