I have a galaxy note 2 facing the same problem (not registered on network), its bcz the mobile's IMEI is different from the IMEI shown in the back of the device. I tried to repair IMEI with z3x entering the basic IMEI and the IMEI successfully changed but still the problem is there (not registered on network).
Is there any other thing to do?
Is there any need to flash it after repairing IMEI?

I need urgent help plz.

Thanks in advance.

repair network using octopus samsung first and then write imei .if problem not solved then downgrade from 4.1.2 and repeat the same.if still prob is there then can be a problem with the imei number or the phone must have hardware issues.if it works post ur success logs here and press thanks

Hello.

Repair SN is currently not supported for this phone model. But, most likely, the problem not with SN. Try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Make Repair EFS.
3. Re-flash the device.
4. Perform the Unlock operation.
5. Make Repair IMEI.
6. Write here the result.

Mimmetiello 06-26-2014 10:18

reflash the device with android 4.3 ?

Octopus box 06-26-2014 10:29

Yes, with the same or higher Android version.

Mimmetiello 06-26-2014 11:42
