Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
3. Re-start the phone (also try to make Factory data reset).
4. Repeat the Unlock operation again.
5. Post here full Software log.

To connect GT-N7100 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Connect usb cable to phone.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter *#9090# number.
8. Set speed to 115200.
9. Go to dial window.
10. Enter "*#7284#" number.
11. Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value.
12. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value
13. Press "Read Info" in software.

Try to re-flash the phopne with another 4.3 firmware from the Support area and repeat the Unlock operation again. If the problem is still the, do exactly the next:

1. Re-flash the phone with another 4.3 firmware from the Support Area.
2. Make Repair EFS.
3. Make Repair IMEI.
4. Make Unlock.
5. Post here the result.
