Also, make sure to remove SIM card from the phone before processing it. If problem will remain the same - please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. *.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. |
