It seems your imei is not valid 0049xxxx , you need to write a valid one

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Root the phone.
3. Write IMEI Certificate (we have sent You several to PM).
4. Insert SIM card. wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

If problem will remain - close the Software and upload latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder and post here download link.

Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition, re-flash the phone, root it and write other IMEI Certificates from the Support Area.
