Hi there ....

I have got one N900 .. It was hanging a bit so i flashed it with a firmware i had .......

But after flashing the Baseband got corrupted .....

Thankfully i had taken backup of its Efs, Sec, and Cert.....

After flashing couple of different firmware from support and resetting Efs default i got The baseband back .....

But the imei was Default too.....

As i had the cert backup, I tried Writing back the cert.....

But While writing the Cert i get the following error....

Quote:

Hello.

Before to write IMEI Certificate, do the next:

1. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
2. Root the phone.
3. Make Wipe Security.

We have sent You EFS backup into PM. Try to write this EFS backup, then make Factory date reset, re-flash the phone, root it and try to write Certificate again. Post here full Software log with all of these actions.

Try to write different firmwares to repair baseband. When baseband will be repaired, try to write Certificate again. Also try to write one of the Services IMEIs from the Software list. Post here full Software log.

No, this is because EFS and Security are damaged in your device, so the phone doesn't accept writing data. If You have the first original security backup, please write it into the phone and then write Certificate.

Repair baseband and write Security backup (it should be from your device, not from another SM-N900!), and post here the log.
