You need to perform "Repair Security/Wipe Security" operation before write Cert, in the opposite case, Cert will not be written and accepted correctly by the phone.

After performing "Repair Security/Wipe Security" operation, write Cert. Try to write other Certs.

first restore the phone with first original security backup, then backup your qcn, wipe efs, write new cert. write back qcn, if you get error, at the end qcn writing, wipe manually the phone, volume up + home + power.
