whats the problem of this i try wipe efs 5 pc same error i try all port but same problem

The problem is You have not configured the device correctly. Phone's info should be read out fully and correctly, not as in your log. To connect SM-N9005, carefully perform the following steps:

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

When phone's info will be read out fully and correctly, make Wipe Security.

Also, as You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) make Wipe EFS.

octopus firmware its no isssue? i try download support but always faild and very slow server

yes i download via browser but samtimes error and failed
