N900A Unlock Help [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version

To connect SM-N900A phone you have to perform the
following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer
options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

When I use "Android/EFS manager"-"Repair Security/Wipe Security",But BOX always prompt "Proper android device not found. Make shure that "USB debug" option on the device is turned on.",But I already Turn on "USB Debugging" ,Please help me!

Hello.

Disconnect the phone from PC and perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer
options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.

6. Go to dial window.

It's the ADB driver problem

but now,this phone still turned on airplne mode,cannot turning off this mode.
and the Modem locked at "SM-N900A_MLG_Modem.tar",Flash other is unknown.
What's wrong with this phone,OMG

To Unlock SM-N900A, do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Fully charge phone's battery.
3. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
4. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
5. Root the phone.
6. Read Security and QCN backups ("Read Security", "Read QCN" buttons in the Software).
7. Make Wipe Security ("Repair Security/Wipe Security" button).
8. Write Certificate.
9. Post here the result.

All successfully,But "General"->"About device"->"Status"->"Service state" still Radio Off,and I cannot turning off airplne mode.

What's wrong with this phone,OMG

why did you overwrite the modem
need to repair your modem first.
then find lower octoplus version and write service imei.

Yes, try to re-flash the phone with other 4.4.2 firmwares.
