N900T no signal problem

I have few N900T devices with no signal problem.
It was refurbished by some vendor, and it seems like they've done IMEI repair. When I check phone info with Octoplus, it shows different IMEI than the one that I check from phone setting.
This is first time I've seen that IMEI doesn't match from Octoplus info and actual phone info.
Anyone has seen this problem? It gets blacklisted soon or later. I'm not sure if it's because there's two IMEI info.

Hope somebody knows the answer

Hello.

Please check the status of IMEI Certi in *#0011# menu. Also, please post here full Software log of all operations, which You've performed with the phone.

IMEI Certi status is PASS.
when I do *#06# it shows 35751xxxxx88060
but in Octoplus info it shows

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM1
Selected model: SM-N900T
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Searching for USB diagnostic port...
Connecting to phone on COM53
Mode: Normal
Phone model: SM-N900T
Firmware compiled date: Jan 29 2014
Firmware compiled time: 07:00:00
Firmware released date: Feb 12 2014
Firmware released time: 18:08:21
Phone IMEI: 357518-05-630038-7
SW version: M8974A-AAAANAZM-2.0.10025

That IMEI info from Octoplus is blacklisted, and I think that's why it doesn't grab any T-Mobile signal.

Try to perform an "Unlock" operation, then try to find and select Network manually.
If problem will remain - phone's IMEI might indeed be in "black" list of Network provider. In this case try to write different Cert files from the Support Area (Cert files compatibility).
