Hello.

After which operations, phone's IMEI became Null? What firmware version is in the phone now? What is the phone's baseband now?

Please turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone, read out phone's info (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here full Software log with this info.

You can use IMEI Certificates for SM-N900 or SM-N9000Q.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

Please re-flash the phone with different firmwares and after writing each firmware check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). When baseband will be repaired (will be correct), IMEI should appear.

Downgrading of firmware can damage your device. You can try to downgrade phone's firmware only on your own risk.
