N910v version 5.0.1 can't unlock please how to enable Diagnostic port?


I have tried all I could do to unlock this N910v on android 5.0.1 but it didnt just work, I think the problem is that the diagonistic port is not working, I used the enable diag button but it didnt enable the port, please how will I unlock this phone?

To connect SC-06D phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "UART" radio button to "PDA" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
10. Press Home button.
11. Go to dial window.
12. Enter "*#9090#" number.
13. Set "Diag config" to "UART" value.
14. Restart phone.
15. Press "Read Info" in software.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Restart phone.
11. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

Please select "DM+Modem+ADB" option in *#0808# (##3424#) menu, then try to perform "Unlock" operation again.
Try to perform the operation on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option.

Thanks for your fast reply.

I have typed *#0808# and ##3424# but nothing like "DM+Modem+ADB" showed up (Nothing at all showed up talk more of "DM+Modem+ADB").

I have flashed the phone with odin, hardreset it but nothing happened when I use the codes above, please any other help?

Please repeat "Enable DIAG" operation, then try to read phone's info from "Main" tab of the Software on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option.

It didnt work and when I go to the device manager, am not seeing the diagnostic prot only the modem port, below is log;

Yes sir it accept that and shows "Enable DM Mode"and "Disable DM Mode" and the radio button of "Disable DM Mode" is the one marked, should I change it?

Now it can see the diagnostic port and can unlock, but the phone is not yet unlocked, still showing "sim card is not from Verizon" and I have changed it from LTE to LTE/GSM/UMTS, please what else will I do it?

It doest not obtain network, should I download version 5.1.1 and update it with it?

We recommend not to upgrade firmware version. Try to set Network Mode to Global, then try to find and select Network manually again.

Try to reflash the phone, then try to find and select Network manually (not via Automatic registration).
