Hello.

There is no separate firmwares for dual SIM edition of SM-N920C. You can use firmwares of SM-N920C from the Support Area.

Currently IMIE of SM-N920CD can be repaired only via "Write Cert" operation.
Cert files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area (Cert files compatibility).
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area.

As I see, if I do not find my model in support site, I can take another certificate by key ID. I can not find the key ID's on support site. Please can you help which cert I have to use exactly?

Please check Certificate files compatibility list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...TSE/edit#gid=0

Certificate files of phones with same "Key ID" are compatible.

Please remove SIM card from the phone, then try to write a Cert file again.
If problem will remain - reflash the phone, root it with CF Auto Root, then repeat "Write Cert" operation.

Post here result and full Software logs of your actions.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.
Also, please use the latest Software version.
