Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,411 | Currently IMIE of SM-N920CD can be repaired only via "Write Cert" operation. Cert files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area (Cert files compatibility). To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software. Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area. |

If problem will remain - reflash the phone, root it with CF Auto Root, then repeat "Write Cert" operation. Post here result and full Software logs of your actions. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,411 | As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged: Quote:
You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged. Also, please use the latest Software version. | |
