need help asap, N900T 4.4.2 cannot unlock on octopus box [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Please team octopus box, I need help on this N900T android version 4.4.2, I been trying to unlock this since 3 days now. every time I connect and press " Read Info " it will detect and put me to Android / EFS manager menu. and it will detect the N900T

But when I go to " Main " menu to press the UNLOCK BOTTON, it won't let read the phone anymore! meaning it doesnt detect by octopus box anymore at all from "MAIN " menu ( where the unlock button is ) like I said when I go back to " ANDROID / EFS MANAGER" menu the N900T 4.4.2 detected by octopus box.

Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3. Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Restart phone.
11. Connect the phone directly to PC.
12. Press "Read Info" on "Main" tab of the Software.

When phone's info will be read fully and correctly, repeat "Unlock" operation.
