need help fixing imei on SGH-I747M 4.3

I need to repair imei on SGH-I747M with 4.3 firmware.

This is the log I get

(I deleted part of the imei numbers)


Any idea what to do next?

Yes, I still have I747M with 4.3, but I can't read info anymore. It used to connect through UART, but not anymore. It says 'connection failed' This is really really frustrating.

I can't connect UART anymore. Is this a problem with cable? box? or driver? Do you have any idea?

Proper android device not found. Make shure that "USB debug" option on the device is turned on.

Please turn on ""USB Debugging" Mode and repeat the operation again. Don't forget to install the latest Software version (Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual) and root the device (write "Root_SGH-I747_4.3.oct", if your device has firmware with Android 4.3) before to perform "Repair IMEI" operation.
