Make Repair EFS, re-flash the phone with the latest firmware and repeat the operation once again.

Please restart phone to applay IMEI changes. If aftter restart IMEI still the same or will be reseted to 004999010640000 please repeat operation once againe.
IMEI successfully repaired.
To finish the operation, please restart the phone via phone's menu (don't disconnect the battery!)
