No data after Unlock (galaxy s4)


Hi, i have a issue with two phones, i did the unlock on both (galaxy s4) and then try the phones with the original carrier sim card, everything works fine, but when i try a different company simcard, there is no data on the phones, i changed the APN setting but any results yet.

please help me.

What are your device models exactly? Post here full Software log with all of your actions.

The models are SGH-i337 and shg-m919. The log I will have it later.

The 3g fix option is not enable for this models on the octopus.
