Please disconnect the phone from PC, re-enable "USB debug" option and repeat Unlock operation.
If problem remains - root Your phone with another exploit/software, disable KNOX and repeat Unlock operation.

If have done BKP of Security, NVM, EFS you can restore Original Imei from this.

If not have Any BKP, can try to flash Original FW with that had first of all this, after this flash Only Modem file "CP-modem-NE6", not import which fw have flashed first, only this with Note flasher V.3.9 from CP, this procedure will be restoring Baseband.

After this Repair Imei with OCTOPUS BOX, Superimei,

I backed up efs with "Samsung Tool - Universal Support" from xda

It has .IMG format, I restored it but of no use, It contains "mmcblk0p11" file from Jellybean 4.3 which I had earlier.

Then I updated to 4.4.2 but had error so after that No network, imei etc.

Is this backup of some use? mmcblk0p11 from 4.3

I'm loocking for many user with NO SIGNAL/NETWORK after success Imei Repair, this problem, have tested, many time is Also caused by Sim Card that we are using many times for test our work.
Ok, in these day had same problems, but after many test have seen that changed Sim Card, 50% of these devices with NO NETWORK, like magic have begun to function perfectly!!!

So, check or even change the sim card every now and then.
