Hello.

After which actions exactly the problem with Network occurred? Please post here full Software log of all operations, which You've performed, or tried to perform with the phone.

In order to fix the problem with the Network, try to write QCN file from the Support Area.
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
