Hello.

To connect SM-G925F phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Connect the phone directly to PC.

After connection to PC You need to press "Allow" in pop-up message on phone screen, to allow access to device data.


To connect GT-I9305 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "RNDIS+DM+MODEM".
10. Enter "*#9090#" number.
11. Select DM/DUM over HS-USB.
12. Press Home button.
13. Go to dial window.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

yes i already done this all steps,

i already facing this problem and just for that i reinstall all win again

but now i need solution dear

kindly fix that its urgent

Try to re-install Samsung USB drivers. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection. Try to use another USB cable.
Also, close all third party Software on your PC (Android managers, Samsung KIES, modem dashboards, etc.).

Try to connect the phones on another, clean (with only necessary drivers and Software installed) PC. This is not Software related problem.
